Description
Deal the various games of Blackjack (Class 3), Roulette and Specialty games. Responsible to promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Must attend to customer service needs as outlined below.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalency.
Two (2) years experience as a Table Games Dealer OR must obtain Dealer School Certification.
Must pass audition demonstrating proficiency in Blackjack, Specialty Games, and Roulette.
Possess a professional demeanor and appearance with an exuberant attitude.
Ability to handle conflict situations with skill and professionalism.
Must be available to work days, late night shifts, including weekends/holidays.
Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to smoke from tobacco products.
Must obtain and maintain a Southern Ute Division of Gaming Support License.
